EVACUATE (DEMO) - THE SHOP WINDOW Official music video - COVID 19 LOCKDOWN 2020
Evacuate is a home DEMO of a new song by The Shop Window. When the band can get back into the studio, another version will be recorded for single release later in the year. “Evacuate this anxious state and keep calm, carrying on”. These lyrics resonate and have more meaning than ever now during this lockdown (March 30th 2020) for Coronavirus 2020. The Shop Window were due in the studio in May to record this song ‘Evacuate’ and 6 other new songs. Who knows what is ahead now or when that will happen. We sent our mate Darren our home DEMO recording of the song and he has put together a video that is a wonderful little journey through what’s important in humanity. Hope this manages to help you escape and put a smile on your face for 3 and a half minutes at least. This song and video will forever remind us of this time in our history now, it seems to capture our current state and express more than words alone. Stay safe everyone. Play this loud and dance your socks off!!! We’re all in this together! One world, One Race, One Love... xxx If you need any video editing done please think of our mate Darren who has made this magical video for us, he's extremely talented, self employed and currently in lockdown. Find him here - https://www.dazs8creative.com/ This DEMO was recorded in our spare bedroom in our little home in Kent. UK
